🎨 Pop of Color Vanity and September Giveaway 🎨

Hey y’all fall is “poppin” it’s head out (pun intended 🤓). I’ve partnered up with Pop Of Color paints for September to bring you guys an awesome paint package giveaway!!! ! I recently had the chance to use these paints and I absolutely love them! I was able to redo a entire vanity using the sample pack I received. The colors are so rich and easy to work with and the coverage is amazing. So many furniture paint options are muted and soft so it’s great to find a company with so many BRIGHT colorful options! I found this vanity on my local Facebook marketplace for $30. It was in rough shape and missing the mirror. I loved the legs and the inlay design and knew it had some great potential. And I have a few vanity mirrors just laying around my garage for just such an occasion ( furniture hoarder club member).

I gave her a good scrubbing inside and out using my go to cleaner (affiliate link ) LA’s Totally Awesome. Then it was time to sand and fill in the dings and sand again.

I decided to strip the drawer fronts and do an Ombre blend across them. I love how this look turns out! The drawers are symmetrical in the color and blend but broken up by the vanity itself. I used (afflink) Citristrip which I always have great luck with! You can see how easily I got it to bare wood in these pictures.

I narrowed down which colors to use ( see pictures caption below) from my Pop Of Color sample kit and got to work blending. Coverage quality is amazing. I ended up only using two coats because I wanted a little of the vintage vibe to still peak through. The colors are so vibrant and lovely, it’s hard to get the pictures to do justice to them!

Colors in order from top to bottom: Blush, Hot Pink, Neon Purple, Royal Blue and Lambs Wool.

I decided to paint the body of the vanity in Lambs Wool. I did prime it first so I didn’t need to use as much paint since the finish was so dark (seeing as I only had the small sample size). I also found some vintage glass knobs that I used to add some glam (ahem furniture hoarder club). I absolutely love the finished product! it’s so bright but soft at the same time! I will definitely be ordering more paint from Pop of Color! Very impressed with the coverage and pigments.
