Easy DIY Fall Cloche!!!
Hey Y’all! today I wanted to share a quick and easy DIY project that makes such a cute décor piece for you home. I knew when I saw this listing for 3 light fixtures that they would make the perfect upcycle project!!!
You can find these at goodwill’s, habitat for humanity stores or your local online marketplace and they are usually very cheap. I purchased 3 for $2!!! Once I got them home I gave them a good cleaning to remove any old dust and insulation that was hanging around and then I began dismantling them. It was pretty straightforward, once I untwisted the top I was able to remove the glass and begin to take apart the actual lighting fixture. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. I decided to keep the holder for the bulbs and flip it to create a little shelf inside the cloche to add some height dimension. Everything else I tossed except for the pieces for the top.
Once I had it gutted I grabbed the super cute dollar tree fall décor I purchased earlier that day and got to work arranging them in different ways until I was satisfied.
Then I simply used hot glue to attach everything and viola! An adorable fall center piece perfect for any entryway or bookshelf and the entire thing cost less than $10!
Have you flipped old light fixtures into something else? Tell me in the comments I love new ideas!!
XOXO,
Amanda

great flip! I like that it says fall without being in your face Halloween. Clever way to reuse that light fixture. No one will ever know how it began its life.
