Vintage Sewing Tables Flipped Into Glamorous Tall Nightstands.

I already had one of these tables in my stash and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the same one listed on a local auction site! I removed the sewing machines and donated those. Next I cleaned these up using LAs Totally Awesome* and gave a light sanding just to remove the smooth finish. I then added an inner shelf and painted each in Heirloom Traditions All In One paint color Cashmere. I finished up by adding a pop of color with some scrap wrapping paper that I decoupaged onto the inside of each cabinet drawer. I then brushed a light coating of paint over to soften to look. These tables are great alternatives for those who have a higher bed and want a higher side table to match! This was a quick and fun up cycle project for a common thrift store find!
